The ADHD Awareness Month theme for 2024 is “Awareness is Key!”. Join Reset ADHD on a month-long journey to help spread awareness. We’ve created 5 weekly themes:

  1. Awareness of ADHD Myths (October 1st - 5th)

  2. Awareness of ADHD Traits and Symptoms (October 6th - 12th)

  3. Awareness of ADHD Tools and Strategies (October 13th - 19th)

  4. Awareness of ADHD Community and Empowerment (October 20th - 26th)

  5. Awareness of Supporting Loved Ones Who Have ADHD (October 27th - 31st)

WEEK 1: Awareness of ADHD Myths

The theme for the week is: Awareness of ADHD Myths. So in this video, Reset ADHD Founder, Alex Hey, becomes a mythbuster.
